Sales Manager – Swimming Academy

About the role

AP Race is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to lead the day‑to‑day sales and admissions for its Swimming Academy. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective swimmers, guiding them from initial enquiry through trial sessions to full enrolment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, website, and social media.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations teams to manage the prospect journey from enquiry to trial, assessment and enrolment.
• Convert trial and assessment participants into paying customers by recommending suitable programmes.
• Maintain follow‑up communication with prospects who are not ready to join immediately.
• Monitor and train the customer service team to ensure high conversion rates and excellent service.
• Track enrolment numbers, capacity utilisation and report on sales performance.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and ambitious with a strong sales mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with parents and customers.
• Organised, commercially driven and passionate about delivering a superior customer experience.
• Proven ability to close sales and achieve conversion targets.
