Sales & Marketing Officer – Catering & Housing

About the role

ABIS is hiring a full-time Sales & Marketing officer for its catering and housing business in Al Jubail. The role covers market research, prospecting, presentations, reporting and closing sales, and is based on site.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs
• Find new leads by contacting customers by telephone and social media
• Set up meetings with potential customers and listen to their needs and concerns
• Prepare and deliver product and service presentations
• Produce periodic sales reviews and reports with financial data
• Take part in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the organization
• Negotiate and close sales, handle complaints and offer solutions
• Collect customer feedback and share it with the team

Required profile

• Industrial catering or housing experience
• Sales or business development experience
• Saudi or Gulf experience, or willingness to relocate back to the region

Required skills

• Fluent Arabic and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Marketing and negotiation techniques, and presentation skills
