About the role
The Sales Officer will support ABM by enhancing current sales strategies, promoting company offers to both new and existing customers, and delivering accurate sales and activity reports. This role combines relationship building with market analysis to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long‑lasting relationships with customers.
- Contact potential customers to explain products and encourage purchases.
- Answer customer inquiries and forward complex issues to relevant departments.
- Acquire in‑depth knowledge of company products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, appointments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to reach target audiences.
- Inform product manager of potential product improvements.
- Prepare cost‑benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers.
- Analyze competitor products to assess features, benefits, and market performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing or a related field (preferred).
- 4‑5 years of proven sales experience.
