Sales Representative – B2B HVAC Solutions

About the role

The Sales Representative will promote and sell Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) solutions to consultants, contractors and end‑users in the Saudi market. The role focuses on generating new business, expanding market share and building long‑term relationships to make the company’s products the preferred choice on projects.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell VRF and CAC solutions to consultants, contractors and end‑users.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key customers and decision‑makers.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, commercial offers and product presentations.
• Follow up projects from enquiry through to closing and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in HVAC, preferably with VRF and CAC systems.
• Solid understanding of air‑conditioning products and the project sales cycle.
• Established network with consultants, contractors and end‑users (preferred).
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
