Sales Representative - Food Ingredients for Hospitality

About the role

Hospitality Stores Trading Company is looking for a Sales Representative in Riyadh to sell specialty flour, bakery and pastry ingredients, dairy products, butter, chocolate and fillings to hotels, restaurants, bakeries and cafés. The role focuses on acquiring new accounts, building long-term relationships and turning opportunities into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers across hotels, restaurants, bakeries, cafés and catering companies.
• Visit clients regularly and build relationships with purchasing teams, chefs, business owners and decision-makers.
• Recommend suitable products and explain their technical and commercial benefits.
• Coordinate samples and product trials, follow up on results and turn successful trials into repeat orders.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate and close deals within approved pricing, discount and credit policies.
• Achieve sales, profitability, new-account and collection targets while growing existing accounts.
• Follow up on orders and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and account statements with the finance team.
• Monitor the market and competitors and report on visits, opportunities, forecasts and customer needs.
• Keep customer records and opportunities updated in the company's system and handle complaints until resolved.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in food products, bakery and pastry ingredients or hospitality.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Valid Iqama and a valid Saudi driving licence; must live in Riyadh and be able to make field visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and email.
• Ability to use sales and customer management systems; familiarity with Odoo is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
