Sales Representative

About the role

CreatorLab is a growing digital media agency that helps TikTok creators and live streamers increase their income and expand their online presence. We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, confident communicators who enjoy convincing people to join our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify active TikTok creators and target them for partnership.
• Contact creators through their preferred social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Build engaging conversations and move the dialogue to WhatsApp or phone calls.
• Explain the benefits of joining CreatorLab’s agency and how it can boost their income.
• Convince creators to sign up and onboard them onto our platform.
• Follow up consistently and manage your leads to ensure successful conversions.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions.
• Confident and persuasive personality that can influence creators.
• Comfortable reaching out to new people daily and initiating contact.
• Organized and target‑driven mindset focused on meeting sales goals.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems.
• Prior experience in sales, call centers, recruitment, or customer service is a plus but not required.
