Sales Specialist – Air Freight

About the role

Munawla Cargo Company is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist focused on Air Freight to join its Jeddah team. You will drive new business, nurture client relationships, and promote the company’s air cargo and logistics solutions across the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new air freight opportunities in Jeddah.
• Generate leads, approach prospects, and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Assess customer shipping needs and propose suitable air freight and logistics solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with pricing and operations teams.
• Coordinate competitive rates, routing options, transit times, and service solutions.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth shipment execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and achieve agreed sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in air freight or freight forwarding.
• Practical knowledge of air freight import and export operations.
• Understanding of air freight quotations, rates, routing, transit times, and chargeable weight.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage sales opportunities independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑relationship skills.
• Good knowledge of the Jeddah freight forwarding and logistics market (preferred).
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Currently based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
