Sales Specialist – Digital Solutions (Middle East)

About the role

Baxter is seeking a Sales Specialist for Digital Solutions to lead the growth of its digital connectivity portfolio across the Middle East, based in Riyadh. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with hospital customers and distributors, and shaping the regional sales strategy for innovative healthcare technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, financial and customer targets while mentoring and motivating Baxter distributors.
• Plan, implement and review sales operating plans to identify revenue and growth opportunities aligned with Business Unit strategy.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with hospital customers, presenting digital connectivity products and conducting hands‑on demonstrations.
• Identify and follow up on new and existing business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Support, Customer Service and other internal teams to meet customer expectations.
• Capture and maintain sales and customer data in the appropriate systems.
• Prepare commercial proposals and submit pricing to distributors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital IT, Computer Science, Nursing, Medicine, Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience selling digital solutions, nurse‑call systems, digital communication or ICNET within a hospital environment.
• Strong presentation abilities and capacity to influence healthcare professionals and decision‑makers.
• Collaborative, customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships.
