Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will act as the primary link between our company and its clients in the Saudi market, promoting and selling packaging solutions to businesses. The role focuses on generating new opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and achieving defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers to create new business opportunities.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored packaging solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
• Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Age between 27 and 40 years.
• Male gender.
• Any Arab nationality, as well as Indian or Pakistani.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B packaging industry (folding cartons preferred).
• Proven experience in the Saudi market or exceptional overall experience.
• Demonstrated experience in sales and customer relationship management.
