Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will be based on‑site in Jiddah and will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of industrial customers for APICO’s plastic packaging solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, present product offerings and negotiate pricing within company guidelines while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand needs and present APICO’s product range.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to guarantee timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
• Participate in sales training, forecasting and reporting to sales management.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing sales, preferably plastics or packaging.
• Ability to work on‑site in Jiddah, manage time effectively and travel locally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Saudi nationality.
