Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Digital Logistics Platform

About the role

The company operates a digital logistics marketplace that connects importers and businesses with logistics service providers through a single online platform. As Chief Executive Officer of the platform, you will own its commercial performance, drive growth and lead the go‑to‑market strategy across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall platform P&L and commercial performance.
• Drive revenue and transaction growth through customer acquisition, activation, retention and recurring usage.
• Lead the commercial launch and go‑to‑market strategy in Saudi Arabia, building the initial sales organisation in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.
• Develop and expand the network of logistics, shipping and customs‑clearance providers.
• Build and manage the commercial pipeline, sales forecasting and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor market performance, customer needs and competitive developments, feeding insights to operations and technology teams.
• Establish scalable commercial processes and a sustainable growth model.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in commercial, business development, sales or general management.
• Proven track record of revenue generation, commercial growth and P&L ownership.
• Experience building and managing sales teams.
• Background launching or scaling digital platforms, marketplaces or B2B technology businesses.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, preferably in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding or related sectors.
• Entrepreneurial, hands‑on and results‑oriented mindset.
