About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to drive SaaS ERP & CRM sales across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on generating and qualifying leads, presenting software solutions to prospects, and supporting the sales team with scheduled meetings and product demos.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, connections, and email outreach.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date lead pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Introduce SaaS ERP & CRM solutions to potential clients in a professional manner.
  • Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects to support the sales cycle and keep engagement high.
  • Accurately track lead activity, client interactions, and follow‑up actions.
  • Assist the sales team in identifying potential business opportunities.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3‑5 years of experience in telesales, SaaS, software sales, or a related sales role.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Target‑driven mindset with confidence in making outbound calls.
  • Available for full‑time employment in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam.
