About the role
As a Sales Supervisor at the Riyadh Solitaire Mall, you will lead a team of Tesla Advisors, ensuring the store meets its sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be hands‑on in daily operations, coaching staff and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with store leadership to execute business vision, strategies and performance goals.
- Coach, train and develop Tesla Advisors, providing daily feedback and mentorship.
- Analyze sales data, track progress and implement actions to improve results.
- Maintain operational standards, showroom presentation and brand compliance.
- Handle customer escalations promptly, ensuring resolutions align with Tesla’s mission.
- Control store expenses, seek cost‑saving opportunities and manage facility upkeep.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery leadership across the market.
Required profile
- Proven strong sales performance and deep understanding of automotive or technology products.
- Track record of coaching, mentoring and developing sales or operational teams.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with regional leadership.
- Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on operational details.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to manage escalations.
