Salesperson – Jeddah (Retail & Wholesale)

About the role

Niceone is seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Salesperson to join its Jeddah team. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and ensuring the brand’s products are well represented across retail and wholesale channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with retailers, wholesalers and key accounts; present products, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers to secure repeat business and high satisfaction.
• Plan daily routes and visits throughout Jeddah to maximise market coverage and product availability.
• Ensure product displays, pricing and replenishment follow brand standards and promotional calendars.
• Record sales activities, customer interactions and inventory status; prepare regular reports and update the CRM system.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer feedback; share insights with the sales manager.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics and marketing to guarantee order accuracy, timely deliveries and effective promotions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, retail or distribution; recent graduates with strong commercial aptitude are also considered.
• High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Effective planning, time‑management and route‑planning skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout Jeddah.
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable using smartphones for reporting and communication.
