Salesperson – Khamis Mushait

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Salesperson to join our retail team in Khamis Mushait. You will interact directly with shoppers, promote our product range, maintain store standards, and help the branch meet its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations.
• Promote current offers, achieve individual and store sales targets, and use cross‑selling and upselling techniques.
• Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, verify pricing and signage, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product features, benefits, availability, and promotions.
• Operate the cash register and payment systems accurately, processing transactions, returns, and exchanges according to policy.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to meet daily operational goals and support a positive team environment.
• Follow cash‑handling, security, health and safety procedures, and all company policies.

Required profile

• One or more years of retail or sales experience (preferred) with strong customer‑service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Fluent verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move stock, and perform routine store tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.
