SAP BTP & CPI Integration Architect / Cloud Migration Lead

About the role

3M Consultancy is looking for an experienced SAP BTP & CPI Integration Architect / Cloud Migration Lead to lead the architecture, design and execution of SAP BTP Cloud Foundry migration initiatives and CPI-based integration solutions. The role ensures seamless connectivity, optimal performance and strong security across hybrid SAP and non-SAP environments.

Key responsibilities

• Migrate integration artifacts from SAP BTP Neo to Cloud Foundry on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Manage the transition and optimization of Java, Fiori and WebIDE applications for Cloud Foundry, with minimal downtime
• Design and deliver SAP CPI-based integration solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Concur and other systems
• Oversee incident, problem and change management to ensure operational stability
• Configure trust configurations, identity providers and secure authentication and authorization frameworks
• Lead and mentor teams of SAP BASIS, HANA and integration specialists, and collaborate with developers, security teams and business stakeholders
• Manage high-impact projects, including timelines, risks and stakeholder communication

Required profile

• 12-15 years of experience in SAP technologies
• Minimum 5 years in SAP CPI / integration leadership roles
• Minimum 3 years in SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry) migration projects
• Proven leadership in large-scale SAP migration and integration programs
• Experience managing multi-vendor and geographically distributed teams
• Preferred: SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP certifications, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent, and Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
