SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – EC, Payroll & Integrations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead the design, configuration and integration of Employee Central, Payroll and related modules for our client in Dammam. The role involves end‑to‑end delivery from solution design through testing, deployment and production support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including foundation objects, position management, workflows, business rules and role‑based permissions.
• Design and maintain employee lifecycle processes such as hiring, transfers, promotions and terminations.
• Configure and support SuccessFactors Time Off, including leave types, accrual rules, eligibility and integration with EC and payroll.
• Implement and support Employee Central Payroll for KSA, UAE and multi‑country environments, covering payroll processing, gross‑to‑net calculations, earnings, deductions, benefits and statutory reporting.
• Manage integrations between SuccessFactors modules and SAP S/4HANA, including Payroll Control Center, PCRs and data migrations.
• Provide testing, UAT, deployment, production support and continuous improvement of the solutions.

Required profile

• 8 – 12+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Employee Central, EC Payroll, Time Off, PMGM and cross‑module integrations.
• Demonstrated experience with multi‑country payroll, especially KSA and UAE.
• Proven ability to design, configure and support end‑to‑end payroll processes and integrations.
• Excellent analytical skills to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
