SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Senior Consultant

About the role

The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Senior Consultant will join Premium Information Technology’s Riyadh office to lead the design, configuration and implementation of SuccessFactors EC solutions for clients. The role involves translating HR business requirements into system configurations, ensuring alignment with organizational processes and delivering high‑quality, compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and end‑to‑end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
• Conduct requirements workshops and translate business needs into system settings.
• Perform unit, integration and user‑acceptance testing, resolve defects and support data migration activities.
• Prepare project documentation, guide junior consultants and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, continuous improvement recommendations and ensure scalability of the solution.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including configuration, business rules, workflows and data models.
• Experience with HR processes such as employee lifecycle, organizational management and master data management.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions, document configurations and lead testing phases.
• Good understanding of integration concepts between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP or other HR systems (APIs, middleware, data interfaces).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, HR or related field; relevant SAP/SuccessFactors certifications are a plus.
