SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to lead implementation, rollout, enhancement and support projects. You will configure payroll solutions, ensure localization compliance and work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high‑quality payroll services.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementation, rollout, enhancement and support projects.
• Configure payroll schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), wage types, payroll areas and processing.
• Deliver and support payroll localization for GOSI, WPS, End‑of‑Service Benefits, allowances, deductions and Saudi labor‑law compliance.
• Support payroll execution, retroactive accounting, off‑cycle runs, Payroll Control Center, reconciliation and issue resolution.
• Configure and troubleshoot EC‑ECP point‑to‑point replication and payroll master data.
• Integrate payroll with SAP Finance (FI), banking systems (DME), GOSI and third‑party applications.
• Participate in data migration, SIT, UAT, parallel payroll runs, cut‑over, go‑live and hyper‑care activities.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, training materials and knowledge‑transfer support.
• Collaborate with technical teams on SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP), Integration Center and payroll interfaces.
• Provide production support, resolve incidents within SLAs and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) certification.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementation experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
