SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant (EC & ECP)

About the role

The SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant (EC & ECP) leads the design, implementation, and optimisation of Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll solutions. You will ensure projects meet business, regulatory and localisation requirements while applying SAP best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation, rollout and support projects.
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements and produce functional design documentation.
• Configure EC components such as Foundation Objects, Position Management, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows and Role‑Based Permissions.
• Design, configure and maintain payroll schemas, wage types, payroll areas and processing activities.
• Manage EC‑ECP replication, integration issues and localisation for KSA (GOSI, WPS, EOSB, allowances, deductions).
• Configure Payroll Control Center, validations, reconciliations and oversee payroll execution, finance posting and bank file generation.
• Plan and execute testing (SIT, UAT, parallel runs) and support cut‑over, year‑end and retroactive payroll activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP), Integration Center and third‑party interfaces.
• Support reporting (Canvas, Table, People Analytics Story) and produce project artefacts, training material and post‑go‑live support.
• Participate in presales, mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with hands‑on EC and ECP implementations.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll certifications.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
