Saudi Arabia Automotive Sales Representative / Business Manager

About the role

We are seeking dynamic professionals to lead the development of our automotive sales network across Saudi Arabia. The role combines market expansion, channel creation, and team leadership to drive growth for heavy‑duty trucks, pickups and related vehicle models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop overseas markets and establish sales channels for heavy‑duty trucks and pickups.
• Acquire new customers, meet sales targets and manage existing client relationships.
• Conduct market research, analyse local conditions and formulate actionable plans.
• Build and expand distributor networks, lead a sales team and ensure performance targets are achieved.
• Identify market opportunities and risks, implement risk‑control measures and support cooperation projects.
• Coordinate internal resources to accelerate the development of localized industrial chains.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in International Trade, Automotive Engineering, Economics, Business English or related fields preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Willingness to work overseas and travel independently.
• Strong stress resistance, proactive mindset and ability to work in a team.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in complete vehicle sales or construction machinery, with knowledge of international trade rules.
• Sharp market insight, strong negotiation and risk‑management capabilities.
