Scheduler/Planner – Project Scheduling Specialist

About the role

JASARA PMC is looking for a motivated Scheduler/Planner to develop and maintain project schedules for major infrastructure initiatives aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and control detailed project schedules using industry‑standard tools.
• Monitor progress, analyze variances, and generate performance reports.
• Identify potential risks and issues early, proposing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align schedule data with project goals.
• Support decision‑making by providing accurate schedule forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project scheduling or planning, preferably in construction or engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.
