About the role

Insightix is looking for a Scrum Master to join its technical team and drive the successful execution of the product’s technical lifecycle using Agile and Scrum practices.

Key responsibilities

Manage the technical product lifecycle and oversee task execution.
Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑up, Retrospective).
Document Scrum events and track sprint outcomes.
Remove impediments and shield the team from daily distractions.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
4+ years of experience applying Agile methodologies, including at least 2 years as a Scrum Master.
CSM or PSM certification preferred.
