About the role
Insightix is looking for a Scrum Master to join its technical team and drive the successful execution of the product’s technical lifecycle using Agile and Scrum practices.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the technical product lifecycle and oversee task execution.
- Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑up, Retrospective).
- Document Scrum events and track sprint outcomes.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from daily distractions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience applying Agile methodologies, including at least 2 years as a Scrum Master.
- CSM or PSM certification preferred.
