About the role
The organization is seeking a proactive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support. You will act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and prepare detailed agendas.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential documents securely.
- Prepare daily reports and monitor email flow to keep teams informed.
- Facilitate communication between departments to support seamless workflow.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Effective communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
- Professional demeanor with the capacity to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- General computer literacy.
