About the role
We are looking for a proactive Secretary to support our offices in Riyadh, Yanbu and Hinakyah. The role involves handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication and maintaining organized records.
Key responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments and meetings for staff and executives.
- Prepare, edit and file correspondence, reports and other documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and other communications promptly.
- Organise and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
- Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
- Perform additional administrative duties assigned by management.

- Demonstrated ability to keep confidential information secure.
