Security Design & Implementation Expert

About the role

The Security Design & Implementation Expert will lead the creation and upkeep of our cybersecurity and network security architecture. You will ensure that our infrastructure, systems and data are protected against evolving cyber threats while complying with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design network security frameworks and device‑level security guidelines for mission‑critical and business‑critical assets.
• Develop and maintain specialized network and cybersecurity architecture to ensure resilience.
• Support the design, deployment and continuous improvement of a Mission‑Critical Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Coordinate vendor activities for SOC implementation and security system upgrades.
• Implement and monitor preventative solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems and antivirus tools.
• Integrate advanced threat detection technologies (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS) for real‑time monitoring.
• Create and maintain vulnerability assessment plans and enhance penetration‑testing methodologies.
• Develop incident‑response playbooks and communication protocols to minimise breach impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Network Security, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity design and implementation.
• Proven ability to work within established business policies and procedures.
