Security Engineer – EDR, WAF & DLP Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a Security Engineer who will deploy, configure and fine‑tune advanced security solutions such as Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to protect our network and data assets.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure and optimise enterprise‑grade EDR, WAF and DLP platforms.
- Tune security policies and rules to minimise false positives while maintaining strong protection.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues arising from security tool deployments.
- Work closely with the Security Operations Centre (SOC) and IT teams to ensure comprehensive coverage and seamless integration.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in security tool engineering or deployment.
- Professional certification such as CISSP or CASP+.
Required skills
- Experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
- Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and security platform configuration abilities.
