Security Manager – Saudi National

About the role

This high‑impact Security Manager position offers growth opportunities for an ambitious professional within Accor’s hotel portfolio in Madinah. You will lead security operations, ensure safety of guests and staff, and act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations.

Key responsibilities

• Train and supervise security officers on surveillance equipment, reporting, patrols and first‑aid procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols, monitor staff compliance with house rules, and manage emergency response for fire, bomb threats, injuries or illnesses.
• Lead criminal investigations, prepare investigation reports and maintain daily security logs.
• Oversee maintenance and functionality of all security equipment, including cameras and access control systems.
• Provide security coverage for VIP guests and remain on‑call for emergencies.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary/high school education with certificates in CPR, First Aid and Basic Fire Fighting.
• At least 2 years of relevant security experience in a hotel or similar environment.
• Clean criminal record and fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training abilities with high integrity.
