Security Supervisor – Construction Site

About the role
The Security Supervisor will lead all security activities on a construction site in Riyadh, ensuring the safety of personnel, equipment and materials. You will manage a team of security guards, enforce site access procedures and act as the primary point of contact for security matters.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily tasks of security guards.
- Monitor all entry and exit points to control access.
- Conduct regular patrols across the construction site.
- Prevent theft, vandalism, trespassing and any unauthorized activities.
- Oversee CCTV systems and other security equipment where applicable.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site security or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead a security team in a construction environment.
