Security Team Leader

About the role

As the Security Team Leader at Miraval The Red Sea, you will oversee the safety and security of guests, colleagues and assets across the resort. You will lead a team of security guards, ensure compliance with local regulations, and respond swiftly to any incidents while embodying the resort’s values of integrity, respect and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations, schedule shifts and ensure guards are well‑presented and trained.
• Conduct regular patrols of guest areas, colleague housing, perimeter and monitor CCTV and access points.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms and incidents, coordinating with local authorities and internal teams.
• Maintain security logs, key controls, access cards and report maintenance or safety concerns to Engineering.
• Deliver fire safety, evacuation and first‑aid training in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Support incident investigations by providing factual reports and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Saudi national, diploma in Security, Law Enforcement or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hotel or resort security experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of KSA security regulations, emergency procedures and safety systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership and composure under pressure.
• Valid Saudi driving licence; security training certification preferred.
• Physical ability to conduct extended patrols, stand, walk and lift light‑to‑medium loads.
