Senior Account Manager – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead Qatar Airways’ corporate and trade relationships in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving revenue, optimizing costs, and maximizing the value of existing agreements with key partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with trade partners, corporate clients and government entities.
• Prepare and execute account development plans for short, medium and long‑term mutual benefits.
• Contribute to Qatar Airways’ sales strategy to maximize revenue, reduce cost of sale and generate channel shift.
• Lead pricing discussions, recommend pricing requests and manage individual budgets.
• Prioritise premium cabin and high‑yield sales while maximizing marketing spend.
• Review sales data, identify tactical revenue opportunities and manage projects on behalf of the area of responsibility.
• Develop tactical sales and marketing activities for both trade and corporate markets.
• Provide market intelligence, feedback on competitors and represent Qatar Airways at trade events and promotions.
• Maximise sales opportunities through value‑added partners such as tourism bodies, hotels and car‑hire companies.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in account management, corporate or trade sales.
• Proven ability to build and sustain strategic relationships with key partners.
• Strong commercial acumen with focus on revenue growth and cost optimisation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.
