Senior Accounting Advisory & PMO Consultant – Riyadh

About the role

EY’s Finance Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice is expanding rapidly and is looking for a senior professional to join the Accounting Advisory & PMO team in Riyadh. The role will involve supporting public‑ and private‑sector clients with accounting projects, regulatory changes and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the impact of new accounting standards, transactions and regulatory changes for diverse clients.
• Develop and review policies, procedures, frameworks and governance documentation.
• Conduct current‑state assessments, gap analyses and benchmarking studies.
• Design and implement operating models, governance structures and organizational processes.
• Manage project plans, track deliverables and coordinate stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, reports and other high‑quality materials.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with client stakeholders.
• Support performance‑management initiatives, including KPI development and monitoring.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of consulting, advisory, PMO or transformation experience, preferably with government or large corporate clients.
• Pro‑active, accountable and results‑driven attitude with strong resource‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple workstreams with limited supervision.
