Senior Active Directory & Exchange Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Active Directory & Exchange Administrator to lead the design, implementation, and support of our Microsoft identity and messaging infrastructure in a large‑scale enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Active Directory, including object maintenance, security, backup, and restoration.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across AD, Exchange, PKI, and ADFS infrastructures.
• Maintain Windows Server (2012‑2025) domain controllers and authentication systems.
• Configure and manage on‑prem Exchange Server and Exchange Online, handling mail flow, migrations, and monitoring.
• Implement and support PKI environments (Microsoft CA, DigiCert) and DNS services.
• Apply security patches, perform regular health checks, and ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft AD and Exchange, including 5+ years in large enterprise settings.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure Administrator, Exchange Online Support Engineer, Identity and Access Administrator).

Required skills

• Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), ADCS/PKI.
• Exchange Server (on‑prem) and Exchange Online administration.
• Windows Server 2012‑2025, DNS, IIS, core protocols (TCP/UDP, HTTP, SMTP, FTP).
• Office 365, Azure, Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Basic SQL Server knowledge.
