Senior After Sales Training Specialist

About the role

CEER Motors is looking for a Senior After Sales Training Specialist to design, deliver and evaluate technical training programs for its dealer and service network. The role ensures technicians are competent in diagnosing, repairing and maintaining CEER electric vehicles while complying with high‑voltage safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, conduct and assess technical training on CEER EV systems, high‑voltage safety, diagnostics and repair procedures.
• Deliver instructor‑led, hands‑on and digital sessions in workshops, EV labs, service centres and classrooms.
• Develop and keep training curricula, manuals, presentations and assessments up to date with product releases.
• Run written and practical assessments, track trainee performance, attendance and certification status.
• Support annual and quarterly training planning and provide feedback on skill gaps.
• Assist with new model launches by creating and delivering product‑specific technical content.
• Ensure all training activities follow EV and high‑voltage safety protocols.
• Participate in piloting new training tools, equipment and teaching methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro‑Mechanical or Automotive Engineering; EV/high‑voltage certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of automotive technical experience, including diagnostics and repair.
• Prior experience in technical training is preferred.
