Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

About the role

GhanemGhanem is building a technology platform for real‑estate investment in Saudi Arabia. We need a senior full‑stack engineer to own features across our Flutter mobile apps, React web apps, and Java Spring Boot services, turning business requirements into secure, user‑friendly experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end features for Flutter/Dart, React/TypeScript, and Spring Boot APIs, covering onboarding, investment checkout, wallets, and portfolio workflows.
• Build accessible, reusable UI components, manage state, handle forms, and support both Arabic and English layouts.
• Design and maintain REST APIs, integrate with identity, banking, payment, and KYC/AML providers, and ensure idempotent, concurrent‑safe financial transactions.
• Define PostgreSQL schemas, write Flyway migrations, optimise queries, and use Redis for caching where appropriate.
• Write maintainable code with comprehensive unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests; own production behaviour, add telemetry, and troubleshoot failures with DevOps partners.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering mobile, web, and Java backend solutions.
• Proven ability to mentor peers, conduct code reviews, and refactor systems for maintainability.
• Experience shipping complex features independently and making clear trade‑offs.
