Senior Architect – Interior & Exterior Design Lead

About the role

Arch World Group is looking for a Senior Architect to lead its Interior & Exterior Design department in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The role combines creative vision with hands‑on project management to deliver high‑end residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Interior & Exterior Design Department.
• Develop and deliver high‑end architectural and interior design concepts for residential, commercial and villa projects.
• Translate client requirements into creative, practical design solutions and integrated design identities.
• Prepare and supervise architectural drawings, presentations and execution details.
• Coordinate closely with execution, project management and procurement teams.
• Conduct site visits and supervise execution to ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Manage and guide the design team, assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders and handle revisions while maintaining quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Saudi market on residential, commercial and villa projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and municipal regulations.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage a full design department from concept to delivery.
• Excellent communication, client‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work; experience in contracting or real‑estate development preferred.
