Senior Architect

About the role

The Senior Architect will lead the design of large‑scale, complex projects, ensuring innovative, functional solutions that meet client expectations while complying with all regulatory requirements. This role combines technical expertise, project leadership, and mentorship of junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design process for complex projects, delivering innovative and functional architectural solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on‑schedule, on‑budget delivery.
• Mentor junior architects and design team members, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Communicate with clients to capture requirements, present concepts, and integrate feedback.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to verify technical feasibility and address structural challenges.
• Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and documentation for quality and compliance.
• Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate collaboration among clients, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
• Prepare detailed architectural documentation, including drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, integrating relevant advancements into designs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• 10–12 years of experience with mega‑contracting firms handling large projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience.
