Senior Architect – Large‑Scale Industrial Projects

About the role

Our client is launching a major new manufacturing facility in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia and seeks a Senior Architect to lead the architectural and master‑planning effort. This role offers the chance to shape a large‑scale industrial development from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine the Owner’s Design Brief and master‑planning strategy.
• Act as the primary architectural liaison with consultants, contractors, OEMs and internal stakeholders.
• Review and validate master‑planning deliverables, including site zoning, building layouts, traffic circulation and expansion strategies.
• Ensure architectural solutions align with business objectives, operational needs and future growth plans.
• Oversee consultant and contractor outputs to guarantee quality, compliance and timely delivery.
• Monitor construction activities to confirm adherence to approved designs and specifications.
• Identify design risks or deviations and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory).
• 15–20 years of experience in architecture, design management and master planning.
• Proven experience on large‑scale industrial, manufacturing, automotive, logistics or infrastructure projects.
• Preferably experience representing owners, developers or client organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in complex environments.
