About the role

Gensler is seeking a Senior Architect to join its Saudi Arabia studio. The role involves leading design teams, shaping concepts and delivering projects from initial ideas through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary studio teams to develop innovative design solutions.

• Maintain client relationships and present design proposals.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of architectural experience (120 months) on high‑profile, design‑driven projects.
• Proven ability to balance creative thinking with practical technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Accountability for project outcomes and willingness to take personal responsibility.
