About the role
Gensler is seeking a Senior Architect to join its Saudi Arabia studio. The role involves leading design teams, shaping concepts and delivering projects from initial ideas through construction.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary studio teams to develop innovative design solutions.
- Lead and coordinate project phases, ensuring seamless transition from concept to construction documentation.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and integrate performance‑analysis tools.
- Maintain client relationships and present design proposals.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative studio culture.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of architectural experience (120 months) on high‑profile, design‑driven projects.
- Proven ability to balance creative thinking with practical technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Accountability for project outcomes and willingness to take personal responsibility.
