Senior Architectural Engineer – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architectural Engineer to join our Riyadh office and lead the design and supervision of major residential and commercial projects. The role involves ensuring high‑quality architectural delivery while complying with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise architectural works throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical and electrical consultants.
• Manage and guide the internal architectural team.
• Support contractor evaluation and material selection.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and the Saudi Building Code.
• Follow up on permits, approvals and other project requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of architectural supervision experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience on major residential or commercial projects (preferred).
• Previous experience in a consulting firm (preferred).
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code.
• Saudi driving licence and vehicle (preferred).
