Senior Architecture Engineer – Buildings & Finishes

About the role

The Senior Architecture Engineer – Buildings & Finishes will lead the development, review and coordination of architectural designs, technical drawings and finishing specifications throughout the project lifecycle. The role ensures compliance with approved designs, building codes and quality standards while working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review architectural drawings, specifications, material schedules and finishing details for building projects.
• Coordinate designs with structural, MEP and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical conflicts.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, samples, mock‑ups and method statements.
• Monitor implementation of architectural works such as flooring, ceilings, partitions, doors, windows, wall finishes and façades.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Identify design discrepancies, recommend corrective actions and provide technical guidance to project teams and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility, fire safety regulations and relevant standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 10–12 years of experience in building design, architectural engineering and finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building materials and construction specifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
