Senior Associate – Leasing

About the role

The Senior Associate – Leasing will manage Chalhoub Group’s retail property portfolio across Saudi Arabia, overseeing site selection, lease negotiations, budget analysis, store openings and contract administration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and implement leasing plans and tactics to identify and secure new retail locations.
• Conduct site selection, due‑diligence, and mall profiling for prospective outlets.
• Negotiate lease terms in line with business guidelines, budgets and legal requirements.
• Maintain and upload leasing contracts to government platforms, ensuring timely renewals and accurate record‑keeping.
• Produce regular financial and progress reports, analyse performance versus budget and propose corrective actions.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following division policies and SOPs.
• Strong organisational and planning skills to manage multiple leasing projects simultaneously.
• Awareness of local legal procedures related to leasing contracts.
