Senior Brand Director

About the role

The Senior Brand Director will shape the strategic direction and operational execution of our premium and luxury consumer portfolio. Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will drive brand equity, market share, and consumer engagement across multiple high‑end brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with corporate vision and growth targets.
• Lead brand innovation through market research, consumer analysis, and competitive assessments.
• Oversee multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and experiential initiatives.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, and public relations to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Manage brand performance metrics, KPIs, and budget allocations.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, luxury retailers, influencers, and agency partners.
• Champion sustainability and social responsibility within brand practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive brand management experience, preferably in premium or luxury consumer goods.
• Proven record of launching or revitalizing luxury brands with measurable revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, luxury market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Exceptional leadership ability to inspire and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and data‑driven decision making.
• Creative mindset with a passion for emerging industry trends and sustainability.
