Senior Brand Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Sales Manager to lead our business development and brand acquisition efforts. The role focuses on expanding our luxury gifting portfolio and securing top‑tier international and local brands for our showrooms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑term and long‑term sales and growth strategies.
• Achieve and consistently exceed sales revenue targets.
• Identify, approach, negotiate, and onboard leading brands.
• Expand the luxury gifting category, including VIP, executive, and corporate gifting solutions.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with global brands, suppliers, government entities, and major corporate clients.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and manage high‑performing sales teams.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure commercial objectives are met.
• Oversee launch and integration of new brands.
• Drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in sales management, brand management, or business development.
• Strong track record of delivering significant sales growth and securing strategic partnerships.
• Experience acquiring and managing relationships with international brands.
• Deep understanding of the luxury gifting industry, including VIP and corporate gifting.
• Well‑established network within luxury, retail, gifting, or brand sectors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proven leadership ability to build and manage successful sales teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
