Senior Clinical Pathologist (Senior Registrar)

About the role

Delta Medical Laboratories is looking for a Senior Clinical Pathologist (Senior Registrar) to lead its clinical pathology laboratory in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring accurate test results, and providing expert clinical consultation to physicians and healthcare teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the clinical pathology laboratory.
• Review, interpret, and validate all laboratory test results.
• Communicate findings and provide clinical consultation to physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards, accreditation requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior medical and laboratory staff.

Required profile

• Doctorate degree or equivalent qualification in Clinical Pathology (Board Certification preferred).
• Valid Registrar classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Proven experience working in a clinical laboratory environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication abilities.
