Senior Commercial Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager with extensive PMC experience to lead contract management across complex, high‑value projects. You will shape contract strategy, oversee administration and drive dispute resolution to protect project interests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate and administer contracts with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, manage claims, variations, extensions of time and dispute resolution.
• Provide strategic advice on contract structuring, procurement models and commercial terms.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support tendering activities, including drafting RFPs, evaluating bids and awarding contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of contract management experience, including at least 5 years in a PMC environment.
• Strong knowledge of international contract standards such as FIDIC and NEC.
• Experience on large‑scale infrastructure, construction or industrial projects.
• Professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB) are preferred.
