Senior Compliance Specialist

About the role

Salehiya Healthcare is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to strengthen its compliance framework across the organization. The role involves monitoring adherence to laws, regulations, policies and ethical standards, identifying compliance risks, and recommending effective controls to promote a culture of integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the company’s Compliance and Ethics Program, including the Code of Conduct and related policies.
• Conduct monitoring activities, training sessions and manage reporting channels.
• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure corrective measures are applied.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of the Code of Conduct and related compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum of 36 months (3 years) of relevant compliance experience.
• No specific academic qualifications are listed.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
