Senior Construction Manager – Fitout

About the role

The Senior Construction Manager will lead fit‑out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. The role combines hands‑on site leadership with strategic cost and risk management, while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all construction activities, managing the team, subcontractors and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and company HSE policies.
• Manage cost controls, collect and analyse data, and advise on cost‑efficient actions.
• Establish and maintain line‑item costs for preliminaries and consumables throughout the project.
• Strategise delivery of project earnings and maintain quality and value of services and goods.
• Monitor value‑engineering initiatives, track changes and reconcile variations.
• Maintain project insurance requirements and mitigate risks that could lead to claims.
• Participate in tendering processes, identify discrepancies and report them.
• Handle HR processes including mobilisation and demobilisation of staff.
• Ensure commercial management, cost planning, contract administration and safety policy implementation across all phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years overall experience, with at least 5 years in a senior construction role; GCC experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership mandatory.
